You and your team have gone above and beyond to make sure a young person with a high level of complexities and potential for CCE and other issues has come to a place of safety.

Your communication with myself has been unmatched with any I have ever worked with and I am so pleased about this. I cannot thank you enough for the way you supported JR and every thing you and your team did to support him back to Liverpool. This is a young person that the last time he was told about a move went missing for 5 weeks. Where he was involved with various risk taking instances and involved with significantly concerning individuals and at a massive risk.  But your perseverance and support are the direct reason this young person is safe and you honestly have left me taken aback with the sheer amount of love and care you have shown for my young person.

 After visiting the home today, in my time knowing JR (albeit a short period) I have never seen him so relaxed. Your staff team have obviously helped him to feel right at home straight away.

 I am the social worker for a young person exiting secure accommodation. This was a difficult transition for him with many risk factors and uncertainties for professionals to consider – Buchie Care managed the transition with professionalism and confidence. They have a very experienced team who took the reigns with implementing the transition plan and in providing the young person with a safe and nurturing environment which allowed him to settle and adjust well. The team had a very good understanding of the young person’s needs and he quickly built a very positive relationship with all the staff. I have very much appreciated the thoughtful and consistent approach that the team have taken with him and I can see significant positive changes in a short space of time. 

 I have been with Buchiecare since the end of march. I have had my ups and downs while I was living in Liverpool. Since being back in Stockton I have had no issues because it is where I have wanted to be as it is my hometown.

All the staff where lovely and friendly but I did clash with some of them, but I did get on with everyone and felt supported once I was listened to.

Debbie was my main supporter and I felt listened to by her. I could contact Debbie at any time if I wanted to talk to her about anything. I feel like she has giving me lots of support over the past couple of months.
